Our “Perfect Wedding” Full Service Package allows you to enjoy the
planning of your wedding while leaving the details to us. Like the name says we handle your wedding from “the Beginning to the End”.
This package includes:
Planning/Preparing – Phase 1:
Two hour initial consultation to understand your needs, budget, & style.
Research of vendors for availability, pricing and options including entertainment, photographers, flowers, invitations, wedding favors, transportation, cake, etc.
Ceremony and reception site research and inspection.
Assistance in negotiating with vendors, attend vendor appointments and serve as contact for all vendor communication.
Research and arrange for guest accommodations if needed.
Development of Calendar and Wedding Day Playbook & Schedule.
Provide etiquette suggestions.
Execution – Phase 2:
Monthly update in writing regarding timeline, vendor payments and making sure everyone is on schedule and on budget.
One to Two hour meeting to finalize all plans, evaluate status and identify any challenges.
Develop and mail confirmation letters to all vendors and wedding party one month prior to wedding day with Wedding Day Playbook & Schedule.
Meet with Ceremony and Reception site contacts two weeks prior to event for final confirmation of guest attendance, food selections, and details.
Confirm all vendors by phone one week prior to Wedding Day.
Assist with rehearsal.
Wedding Day – Phase 3:
Ensure that ceremony and reception plans are executed, contacting all vendors
Distribute Flowers to wedding party.
Ensure proper placement of centerpieces, place cards, favors, hospitality baskets, and any other wedding decorations.
Check floor-plan for proper placement of head table, guest tables, cake table, and gift table along with linens and other décor.
One to three team members on site to assist with event, with at least one at each location.
Distribute any final payments to vendors.
Handle any last minute “emergencies” with “The Alpha & Omega Toolkit”.
Our “Perfect Wedding” Full Service pricing ranges between $2000 to $5000 depending on
size, location and date of wedding, starting at $2000 for a local Jacksonville wedding for up to 100 guests to $5000 for a larger, lavish event or out of town event. During initial phone consultation, a flat fee price will be quoted based on your event details.
Prices are subject to change and are based on the Budget of customer, but will be quoted upfront and in the initial contract/agreement between Alpha & Omega Event Consultants & More… and the clients.
*********A non-refundable deposit is do at the signing of contract, but will be applied toward the total cost of event. Deposit will be due right after your FREE Initial Consultation, before any planning preparing or scheduling of any part of the said Event or Function. *********
Wedding Day Coordination Package
This package is for the bride who is planning everything herself but wants the assistance of an experienced team coordinators/consultants to help create a wedding day timeline, organize the rehearsal, coordinate the wedding ceremony and oversee the beginning of the reception.
"Wedding Day Coordination Package" Include:
Up to 3 hours at facility the day of your wedding
Wedding rehearsal sometime during the week of the wedding (two hour maximum)
Coordination of rehearsal and wedding ceremony
Up to 2 hours at facility the day of your reception
Tables decorated for guests with centerpieces and cloths of your choice and at your expense.
Pricing starts at $550.00 depending on size, location and date of wedding. Starting at
$550.00 for a local Jacksonville weddings for up to 100 guests, or $1000.00 or more, for a larger, lavish event or out of town event.
Professional staff to take care of all setup and clean-up for additional cost,
starting at $60.00 depending on size, location and date of wedding for up to 100 guest and $100.00 or more for a larger, lavish event or out of town event.
