This package is for the bride who is planning everything herself but wants the assistance of an experienced team coordinators to help create a wedding day timeline, organize the rehearsal, coordinate the wedding ceremony and oversee the beginning of the reception. You may have decided that you want to plan all of the details of your wedding and go through all of the footwork of finding vendors. But then decide that you want someone else to execute all of the plans that you have put together and care of everything for the day of your wedding.
Obtaining the services of a wedding planner just for your wedding day would include:
- Consultations with the planner in the form of:
* meetings * phone calls * emails - Direction during the rehearsal
- Preparation of the itinerary for the day
- Direction during the ceremony and reception
- Taking care of all wedding day details
- Tending to the bride
- Troubleshooting problems so that they do not become the concern of the couple
"Wedding Day Coordination Package" Include:
Up to 3 hours at facility the day of your wedding Wedding rehearsal sometime during the week of the wedding (One hour and thirty maximum)
Coordination of rehearsal and wedding ceremony Contact vendors to finalize wedding details Wedding Day Coordination Package;
Pricing starts at $999.95 depending on size, location and date of wedding.
Professional staff to take care of all setup and clean-up for additional cost.
